1. Introduction
When you join Vitaliti Wellness programs, access our educational resources, or participate in our coaching sessions (“Programs”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and where applicable, our Mobile Messaging Terms. This creates a binding agreement between you and Vitaliti Wellness Inc.
2. Program Content and Educational Materials
2.1 Our Educational Materials
Vitaliti Wellness Programs include proprietary coaching and educational materials such as:
- Course materials and workbooks
- Live coaching sessions, recordings and notes
- Nutrition guides and recipes
- Educational videos and workshops
- Wellness tracking tools
- Community resources
- Program handouts and worksheets (collectively, “Program Materials”)
2.2 Personal Use of Materials
Your program enrollment gives you personal access to our educational materials for your individual wellness journey. This means you may not:
- Share or distribute program materials to others
- Copy or reproduce materials for other people
- Record or redistribute coaching sessions
- Share your program access with others
- Use materials for professional or commercial purposes
- Post program content on social media without permission
2.3 Program Access
If these terms aren’t followed, your program access may be suspended or ended. In such cases:
- Your participation in programs will end
- You’ll lose access to program materials
- Any unused sessions or credits will be forfeited
3. Health and Results Disclaimers
3.1 Not Medical Guidance
Our programs support your wellness journey but:
- Are educational resources, not medical treatment
- Don’t replace healthcare provider guidance
- Are led by Ti Caudron, PhD, a Nutrition Coach and Wellness Consultant (not a medical doctor)
- Should complement, not replace, medical care
- Require healthcare provider approval before starting new nutrition, exercise, or supplement programs
3.2 Individual Results
Your wellness journey is unique:
- Results vary based on personal commitment and circumstances
- Success depends on program participation and individual factors
- Shared success stories reflect personal experiences
- Your results may differ from other participants
4. Program Payments and Credits
4.1 Enrollment Terms
- Program fees are non-refundable unless specified
- 90-day Program Credits available in certain situations
- Vitaliti Mastery requires 12-month commitment with no cancellation
- Monthly fee of $139 after initial 12 months (cancelable with 30-day notice)
- Special pricing and promotions may change
4.2 Program Credits
- Request credits within stated timeframes
- Submit requests to info@vitalitiwellness.com
- Credit approval at program director’s discretion
- Credits can’t be exchanged for cash or transferred
5. Program Communications
5.1 Updates and Notifications
- Program content and terms may be updated to serve you better
- Material changes will be announced via email
- You’re responsible for reviewing updated terms
5.2 Electronic Communications
- By participating in our programs, you consent to receive:
- Program-related communications
- Coaching and class notifications
- Text messages (if you opt in)
- Administrative updates
- You can opt out of marketing communications while maintaining essential program communications
6. Program Delivery
6.1 Program and Service Availability
We strive to provide consistent, high-quality programs, but certain interruptions or changes may occur:
- Technical difficulties affecting online access
- Instructor illness, emergencies, or personal circumstances
- Holiday breaks and scheduled program pauses
- Substitute instructor assignments
- Weather impacts on in-person services
- System maintenance requirements
We will make reasonable efforts to:
- Provide advance notice of scheduled changes
- Promptly communicate unexpected changes
- Offer make-up sessions when appropriate
- Maintain program quality during adjustments
6.2 Program Guarantees
The VitaliTi Weight Loss Break Through program offers a money-back guarantee subject to:
- Attending all weekly live coaching calls
- Following the program as prescribed
- Maintaining a food journal
- Requesting support when needed
- Completing the 8-week program period
- Not achieving both metrics (8-30 lbs AND 1-2 clothing sizes)
- Submitting documentation of program compliance
This guarantee applies only to the Weight Loss Break Through program.
6.3 Liability Limitations
In participating in our programs, you understand and agree that:
- Our maximum financial responsibility is limited to program fees paid
- We cannot be responsible for:
- Your implementation of program guidance
- Results varying from expectations
- Third-party products or services
- External platform technical issues
- Costs beyond direct program fees
7. Additional Terms
7.1 Program Documentation
These Terms work in conjunction with:
- Privacy Policy
- Mobile Messaging Terms (for text message participants)
- Program-specific agreements
7.2 Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by Nevada law
- All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration:
- Conducted in Nevada
- Administered by AAA
- In English
- By one arbitrator
- Confidentially
- Each party bears their own arbitration costs
- Disputes must be resolved individually, not as class actions
8. Participant Responsibilities
- Maintain current contact information
- Protect program access credentials
- Use programs appropriately
- Report unauthorized access
- Follow program policies

Even if you choose not to actively participate in program activities, maintaining your enrollment or subscription indicates acceptance of these updated terms.
