I know this first hand...
When Covid-19 first hit the US and we started to shelter in place, I was taken under initially by my comfort and stress eating, some extra drinking and extra treats.
I had replaced West Coast swing dancing several nights a week with sitting on the couch watching Netflix and snacking. But, after a week or so of watching everything on our netflix cue, I started to feel depressed, tired and frumpy.

And I thought...
that when the quarantine ended, I was not going to like the Covid-19 extra pounds that I was packing on.
And more importantly, my food choices dramatically impact my mood. The extra TV I was watching and unhealthy foods were causing me to become depressed and feel helpless and slug like. I did not feel like myself.
I needed to snap out of it!
For those of you who I haven't met yet, you may not understand the irony of this situation...

and I make weight loss inevitable.

And here I was very much off the path.
As a Sustainable Weight Loss Specialist and the founder of VitaliTi Wellness this was not exactly living my message.
So I decided something had to be done.
